- Device fingerprints or tracking cookies

4. Third parties
Anthropic (required)
Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic processes your content under their Privacy Policy. Anthropic does not use your data to train models without consent.
Hetzner Online GmbH (infrastructure)
Our servers are in Helsinki, Finland, hosted by Hetzner under EU data protection standards.

8. Children

Terms of Service
Plain English: Use Neo honestly. Do not use it to harm people. You own your data. Free tier has limits. We provide the service as-is.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using vxneo.com or our Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility

4. Acceptable use
You may
- Use Neo for personal reflection, journaling, and productivity
- Self-host Neo using our MIT-licensed open-source code

You may not
- Use Neo to generate content intended to harm or deceive others
- Scrape or systematically copy our API or database
- Share account credentials with others
- Use Neo to facilitate illegal activity
- Resell access to the hosted free tier without written permission
5. Your content
You own all content you submit to Neo. You grant VXNeo a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your memories or personal insights.
6. Open source
Neo's core is available at github.com/jas77409/vxneo under the MIT License. The hosted service at vxneo.com is operated by VXNeo Labs Inc.
7. Availability
We provide Neo on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee 100% uptime. We will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing the free tier.
8. Disclaimer
Neo is provided as-is. It is not a licensed therapist, medical professional, legal advisor, or financial advisor. Do not rely on Neo for professional advice in these domains. AI responses may contain errors — always verify important information.
9. Liability
VXNeo's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or CAD $10 for free tier users).
10. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Memories are permanently deleted within 30 days.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. EU users retain rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.
